The motor coupling, hood, fan blades and front and rear end covers should be removed, the rotor should be taken out, the bearing cover should be opened, and the bearings should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene (if the bearing is seriously worn) When it is time, it should be replaced) to refuel the bearing. The amount of lubricant in general: 2 pole motor is one-half of the bearing, 4, 6 pole motor is two-thirds of the bearing, not too much, the lubricant used in the bearing is calcium sodium grease high-speed butter. Check the stator winding. Use a 500 volt megger to check the insulation resistance between the phases of the winding and the relative ground. If the insulation resistance is less than 0.5 megohm, the stator winding must be dried. Wash clean, if the insulation of the winding has been aging (the color turns brown), the stator winding should be preheated, brushed with insulating varnish, and then dried.
